SSE Thermal wants to work with local communities, community group representatives and stakeholders to design a package that takes local needs and aspirations into consideration. Giving opportunity for stakeholders to provide their thoughts and ideas and for SSE Thermal to capture this feedback which will influence priorities for delivery.

The fund, which will be available to local charities and community organisations, will open for applications later in 2024 with decisions taken on which projects to fund on a quarterly basis.

SSE Thermal invites you to participate in the development of the new Community Benefit Fund, as part of a wider Community Investment package, to share our plans and gain feedback.

We will be carrying out consultations around our existing assets throughout the first half of 2024.
